Peach Cobbler

 


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

4 cups sliced peaches

1 cup sugar, for the top


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan in the warming oven.

Mix the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt together.

Pour over the butter in the pan.

Place the fruit over the batter and sprinkle the sugar over the top.

Bake at 350ºF for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
