‘Baked’ Apple Pears

Makes 2-3 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Apple Pear, sliced
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
Pecans; amount is your preference


INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a medium saute or frying pan.

Sauté about 8 minutes over medium heat until soft and slightly caramelized.

Serve warm over pancakes or ice cream.
